| FREEDOM OF SPEECH | THE RIGHT TO BE SAFE FROM ILLEGAL TAKINGS |
We advocate for farmers, property owners and other victims of civil rights and human rights violations. We research civil rights and human rights violations with a particular interest on illegal property takings. We put people in contact with attorneys and media outlets. We provide support services for victims of authority abuse, illegal land takings and other misuse of authority. We are currently working with farmers and land owners in Kentucky, Mississippi and Indiana on illegal land taking and farm loan procedure abuses. We are also working with victims of wrongful terminations in Indiana.

PROTESTORS AND STATE POLICE AT PROTEST OF AUCTION OF BLACK FARM IN OWENSBORO, KENTUCKY
According to one analysis: "The vast USDA bureaucracy, including the long dreaded Farm Service Agency (FSA), has long been labeled a "good ole boys" network even by the mainstream media, with employees still working there whom some black plaintiffs claimed discriminated against them...." The livelihoods of thousands of farmers OF ALL RACES are at risk. Help us help them. Help us keep the legacy of black farming to pass on to future generations. The threat is real. The time is now. Donate and help us keep our heritage alive for future generations. Land is wealth. Land is power. Land, power, wealth and heritage must not die with this generation.Farmers, especally black, brown and woman owned farms are under siege. The federal government has documented cases of fraud, theivery and forgery within the Farm Services Administration. But, when it comes down to the wire, many of our black farmers lack the resources to fight back.
The property rights and livelihoods of thousands of black, ethnic and lower middle class family farmers and home owners are at risk.
Help us help them. Help us keep the legacy of black farming to pass on to future generations.

Farmers, especally black, brown and woman owned farms are under siege. The federal government has documented cases of fraud, theivery and forgery within the Farm Services Administration. But, when it comes down to the wire, many of our black farmers and other poor and lower middle class property owners and civil rights victims lack the resources to fight back. Many don't know where to turn or who to call. That's where we come in. We work to put victims of discrimination and civil rights violations in touch with agencies and organization who have a history of assisting others in the same position.
In addition to working farmers, we are also working with a group of Indiana workers on wrongful terminations and civil rights violations. Please help us to help others.
Your donations are tax deductible. We are a 501(c)3 tax exempt corporation.
